Job Characteristics and Introduction

The main task is to establish a medium- to long-term strategy and detailed implementation plan for the research center, which plays a key role in the development of in-house technology. This position will lead the planning related to precedent research that will lead to mass-produced products for differentiated material research/development. To this end, the Research Planning personnel will quickly grasp global R&D trends and new technology trends, and understand the latest technology related to industry and product research. The collected technical information is systematically managed and shared so that it can be utilized in carrying out research projects.

Required Competency and Preferential Condition

  • Major

    Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials, Polymer (Science and Engineering)

  • Degree

    4 years (bachelor) or higher

  • Knowledge

    Knowledge in the courses of the required major, understanding of the company’s technology and R&D trend, knowledge of intellectual property law

  • Skill

    Project planning and management capability, planning/analysis capability, communication capability, information gathering capability

You will experience and understand the entire contents from R&D to the product’s mass production in the production and sales department and technology development department. In addition, you can develop planning and problem-solving abilities by planning various preliminary research projects, deriving issues related to commercialization, and adjusting and solving problems with work.
