Job Characteristics and Introduction

- Responsible for leading the 'Business Department,' which is a business unit classified according to the application field of the product groups that we are producing
- Plan and manage the entire range from the planning stage to the development and sales of products
- Business plan for realizing business strategy and management plan
- Analyze total revenue/profit of business division - Activities to solve various business issues and to achieve management goals through problem diagnosis in order to maximize sales/profitability of products in the market

Required Competency and Preferential Condition

  • Major

    Science and Engineering (Chemistry), Business and Administration

  • Degree

    4 years (bachelor) or higher

  • Knowledge

    : Understanding of business unit products and production, bond management and cost/accounting

  • Skill

    Language ability, planning ability, data analysis ability, strategic thinking ability, smooth communication ability
