In-house foreign resident language course
- Hanwha Advanced Materials, which aims to become a leading global advanced material company, operates in-house foreign language programs taught by resident foreigners to develop language skills and the global mindset of employees.
- English and Chinese native speaker instructors reside in the language labs in Sejong / Jochiwon / Eumseong branches, and they conduct various types of courses such as one-on-one learning, small-group learning, group conversations and lectures.

Overseas training program for new employees
- In order to enhance the skills and capacity of the new employees and have them experience global business and organization early in their career, we are providing exceptional opportunities to work overseas for 6 months to new employees who have been in the company for less than one year.
- New employees are dispatched to one of seven overseas corporations in five countries (USA, China, Germany, Czech Republic and Mexico) considering the requests and job relevance of new employees. They will perform various activities such as overseas corporate work practice, individual projects, local language development, and cultural endeavours.
