Hanwha Advanced Materials began making automotive materials in 1986, producing a variety of lightweight products for both interior and exterior finishing. In the three decades since, we have developed specialized technologies in the strong and lightweight auto parts segment, manufacturing various lightweight materials such as Glass Fiber Mat Reinforced Thermoplastics (GMT), Lightweight Reinforced Thermoplastics (LWRT), Expanded Polypropylene (EPP), Sheet Molding Compound (SMC), and Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastics (CFRTPC).

We have more than 30 years of experience with sheet technology, manufacturing and distributing Encapsulant and Backsheets for solar modules. In 2010, we succeeded in localizing the Encapsulant, which is the core material of the solar energy industry. We are continuing to grow with the recognition of quality from domestic and overseas major solar module companies such as those in China, Europe and Japan.
